After you purchase this resource online, you will be
directed to the download area, where you can download and print each Healthy
Habit Tracker, and let the fun begin. Pick a tracker, hand out a copy of the
tracker to each student, and have them complete the daily task for an entire
month. If you have a kinesthetic learner or your student just needs a brain
break, these daily exercises are a great way to re-energize your students
between subjects. And what better way to motivate your students, than to get
active with them, family fitness is a fun way for everyone to be healthy.
